During an international career spanning 22 years in Workplace Design and Strategy, Kim has covered all aspects of client work from strategic planning and design to project management and implementation of interior design projects. During the past 7 years she has specialised in Consulting work for international corporations covering such areas as Workplace Strategy/Design, Building Design Consultation, Time Utilisation Studies, Scenario Planning, Profiling and Change Management.
With the opening of OCCo, Kim wanted to offer a holistic approach to the services at the front end of strategic consultancy, as well as provide a portal for collaborative work and research.  The concept of OCCo is to bring together elements that are crucial to the ultimate success of a corporate workplace plan. Within the core team we have expertise in HR, all aspects of design, change management and the social sciences to call upon as required. Rob is a Workplace Strategist who in January 2007 established his own company “diverse notion” focused on the development of innovation in the workplace and the interactive engagement of users.  This followed 20+ years of experience in office design within the corporate world and in design practices. He joined ABN AMRO in February 2002 as Global Head of Workplace Strategy, developing initiatives to deliver space efficiencies throughout the global portfolio.   In 2007 Rob was awarded the CoreNet Global UK “Real Estate Executive of the Year 2007” for his contribution to workplace strategy. His primary interest is the connection between people, place, work and the future through user engagement. Rob is also actively engaged in promoting sustainability through re-cycling initiatives.
