Quantum Theory invites us to think differently about matter, to consider how particles separated by space are still touching, how they are linked or ‘entangled’ such that changing one inevitably changes the other, no matter how far apart they are. We decided to apply the same logic to all relationships, including work and how we interact with our environment. We have taken the results of our survey so far and moved to the next stage but we are still interested in increasing the number of participants.
